All attendees are subject to the general T&Cs of York Racecourse which can be found at www.yorkracecourse.co.uk. The following are additional York Racecourse Hospitality1 T&Cs and take precedence where differences arise. Cancellation & Refund Policy In the event that you cannot make the race day you have booked and paid for, the Hospitality office will need to receive notice of your cancellation in writing. A full refund will be offered for cancellations received in writing up to 21 days before your race day. Cancellations between 20-15 days prior will receive a 75% refund of the initial payment. If you cancel between 14-7 days before gates opening time of the race day you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before gates opening time of the applicable race day will not receive any refund. If a cancellation is made following the dispatch of your badges by our office, the above refunds will only be issued once the appropriate number of badges have been returned. If you are posting the badges back to us, we advise that a tracked/signed for service is used.
